Getting Help

Lamp Community provides emergency and permanent housing and a wide range of supportive services to men and women living with severe mental or physical illnesses or other barriers in Los Angeles. Housing and services are open to all people regardless of substance use, physical disability or income.

If you are in need of help or if you wish to make a referral, please call our main line at 213-488-9559. Intakes are conducted in person at the Frank Rice Access Center Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walks-ins are welcome. A formal intake is not required to access the Frank Rice Access Center. We encourage you to come to use the restroom, take a shower or meet new friends. The Frank Rice Access Center is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
